Hi everyone, as we are now in lockdown in the UK as with many other places around the world I am trying to think of ways we can stay connected through these uncertain times and try to take our minds off or get a little relief from this horrible situation we all find ourselves in.
Some of you will know Ive been doing a Sunday night youtube live at 5pm UK time where I’ve been making an actual project and showing you how I cut and assemble it.
In addition I am thinking about trying to do a midweek youtube live but where I share my computer screen with you all, this way I should be able to show you live how to do tasks in ScanNCut Canvas Workspace either the Online or Computer version. (The version I use may depend on what you want to learn)
If I can work this out and make it happen could you leave me your comments here on what you would like to learn how to do.
The sessions will be recorded so if you cannot make them for whatever reason, you will be able to watch the reply on Youtube at a later date.

Hi everyone, this feature has been available now for several weeks in the download version of ScanNCut Canvas Workspace which can be used on Windows or Mac OS and this is the first opportunity I’ve had to give you my thoughts and show you how the feature works.
This will not work in Canvas Workspace Online
This is what I made, as you can see my text curves and is welded around a circle shape, but you can use other shapes and you can even create your own path and make this feature work too.

This was the project I made in my Sunday night youtube live last night.
This project got the most votes in the poll I had on my youtube community wall last week.
I didnt have any vellum on hand so I will add that at a later date to the back of the panels, but its a sizeable project and very easy to make. It needs to be cut from 12×12 card but i resized my file down slightly so that It could be cut from A4 card.
I am sure it will look beautiful once i have added the vellum panels inside and a battery operated or flameless candle inside.
