Painted Baskets

I saw this idea of painting baskets on a Kirstie Allsopp program last year and then someone on a forum did some more recently so I thought I would have a go on a small unit in my daughters room.

I did this project this morning and it only took about an hour.

I watered down some white paint and gave the basket a quick wash over and left to to dry.

Ive added a three inch fabric cuff to the existing muslin liner and we now have a different look.
