Welcome To My Blog

Thank you to Tara Branham who has kindly given me permission to share her cutting file and project photos for this lovely windmill card.

She is a Stampin Up demonstrator in the US and found the project on Youtube, after seeing the video Tara realised that the shape made in the video using a SU product, is in our built in design in both ScanNCut Canvas and in the basic shapes on our machines.

Tara says she used the built in design cut at 8-1/4  inches and she scored on each of the 4 sides at 1-3/8

Here is the card she made, she has also included the flower shapes and belly band.

I think you will agree its very pretty.

So recently I posted two cards that I am hoping to demonstrate at a workshop that I am trying to arrange, these were the cards, I made the first one using the Petite Petals from Stampin Up and with the punched out flowers I made the second card and used my favourite “field of sky” stamp as a background.

On Sunday I saw that Sam from Pootles Cards had posted a similar card made using the Elegant and Bitty butterfly punches, with Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and she had kind of fused the two design ideas, hers was made based on a card her son made I thought it looked cute so I decided to give it a go.

Here’s mine I used Blackberry Bliss and Blushing Bride ink pads for mine and once again the field of sky stamp as I don’t own Gorgeous Grunge yet.

I also added an insert inside mine as I don’t like writing directly onto the inside of a card.

What do you think, I think it’s cute and could be used for any occasion. All the supplies used can be found in my online Stampin Up shop link in the side bar or at the top of the page.

So I noticed today that I am nearly at 4000 Youtube subscribers, which is amazing. I know Ive said this before but when I started making ScanNCut Youtube videos I never thought I would get 1 subscriber let alone nearly 4000.

As a Thank you I am giving away two set of hand stamped noteletts and envelopes that Ive made. These were going to be a future Stampin Up project, but Ive decided to just give them away.

If you don’t already, please – like, share and subscribe to my Youtube channel, the link to the giveaway video is Here

Then leave me a comment here on my blog on this blog post.

Once I reach 4000 YT subscribers I will put any names into a random generator and pick two.

This is open to anyone who follows and subscribes to me on Youtube and my blog.

I used painted petals, flower patch and lotus blossom rubber stamps (lotus blossom was a sale a bration item so no longer available)

If you would like to buy any of the Stampin Up rubber stamps I’ve used you can find then in my online shop here.

Thank you.
