Well over the years Ive made lost of ‘word books’ but i decided to make a ‘shaped book’.
my daughter’s topic at school (yr 3) this tern has been to design and decorate a T Shirt and then her class had to put on a catwalk style fashion show assemble for parents one morning recently.
They also had to make something to wear from paper, it was great fun seeing what the children came up with.
So Ive made this little shaped book, Â its only 4 pages and Ive added a couple of photos of her and her best friend wearing their T Shirts.
I decided to keep with the fashion theme, its cut from chipboard on the Pazzles Inspiration and covered with K & Co papers also cut on the Pazzles.
I designed the mirror myself and the page that says ‘fashion queen’,  the first and last pages are Cricut shapes I found on the net and vectorised and turned into cutting files for the Pazzles.
I also added two chipboard flowers again covered in K & Co paper, but these were cut using my Cuttlebug and a Bigz die by Sizzix.
These are what Ive been working on, the heart boxes have lollies inside and they are for my little girl and her best friend.
The friend has a little brother so I designed a Gable box for him and put a freddie frog chocolate inside.
The hearts are cut from my favorite media at the moment (self adhesive glitter foam) and I got the idea for the faces on the plain hearts from a video I saw by Robyn on ‘My pink stamper’ so thanks for that, she used rubber stamps.
My faces were drawn onto plain white card using the pen tool with the Pazzles Inspiration.
The cutting files for the heart and gable boxes will be available soon from my website and ebay shop.
Ive been busy lately and not had a lot of time for crafting. I am making some little valentine boxes at the moment for my little girl and her friend and i will post a photo when i am finished.
But this is a little get well card for my cousin who has been poorly, Ive used the bird and flower that i used in another card recently and I cut some of the elements for this card with the Pazzles using self adhesive glitter foam again, I love this stuff so sparkly.
