Canvas Workspace Applique Embroidery Coaster

It's been such a long time since I used the embroidery function of my sewing machine, so when I found this project in Canvas Workspace I thought I would have a go.

It's easy and once you have cut your fabric with the ScanNCut FCM file, that is included it actually only takes 7 minutes to stitch out.

The Canvas Workspace file included a Brother PES stitch file, but I opened mine in Embrilliance Essentials and changed to a Janome JEF file for my machine.

The file has 5 colours but I chose to stitch mine in two, I think considering its been a couple of years since I did an embroidery project, it turned out ok.

Ive tried to cover the whole process from getting the file from Canvas, changing the file format in Embrilliance, cutting the appliqué and stitching the design and then finally assembling the coaster and all while trying to not make the video too long. I hope it helps.
