Scan n cut Has Arrived

Well I ordered my machine late on Sunday night and ordered extra accessories on Monday morning and both parcels have been delivered this morning.

This little design I saved as an SVG file, which I then converted on line in the Brother canvas software and used it as my first cut.

It turned out fine, the card was fairly lightweight. I did a test cut of a square I tried blade two pressure 0 and it didn’t quite cut so I upped my blade to 3, I could have probably got away with 2.5

It will be made into a card later so will post the finished design then, but for now here’s the first cut shape.

Here’s the finished card, it was made in a bit of a rush but considering I’ve still not read the manual I think it turned out ok, it’s got an insert and. I used the pen tool to write the greeting.
