General Catchup & New Video Courses On Skill Share For Beginners

Hi everyone, first let me say that I hope everyone is managing to keep safe and well during these uncertain times that we are all going through world wide.

If you are self isolating or finding that you are having to stay home more for whatever reason, just remember we are all in the same boat.

Crafting is a great therapy for so many of us. I have been doing regular Sunday night Youtube lives, which are growing in popularity and its heartwarming to see that you are having a go and recreating the project ideas I have been showing you all over recent weeks.

I will continue to post your makes on my Youtube community wall if you wish to keep sending them to me, you can use the contact information on my applelover53.co.uk website.

Now I know there are so many new people to the ScanNCut SDX/DX machines, because you tell me all the time, so I have started to make some videos for Skill Share

Video 1 is beginner basics and I show you how to choose shapes and make a shaped card from start to finish all done directly on the machine.

Video 2 I will show how to use fonts with the text fill which when drawn will look like hand stamped images (this video will launch this weekend).

Yes invariably I will have covered these techniques over the last 6 years of creating Youtube videos, but the beauty of Skill Share is that these video courses are broken down into bite sized chunks, ie modules and also my youtube channel is growing everyday with new ScanNCut users finding me all the time and with so many videos now on my channel it can be difficult for someone new to know which video to start with.

You can watch each module of my Skill Share video follow along with me, practice and when confident move onto the next module.

So if you are new to the ScanNCut SDX/DX and use Skill Share go along and search for my videos, by typing in my applelover53 name.

I am only allowed to upload one video per week to Skill Share so keep checking back for new uploads.

Video 1 is live and video 2 should be live this weekend.

Stay safe everyone and try to keep crafting, make sure you are stocked up on essentials like card, adhesive, paper, etc.
