So this is one that was mentioned on Facebook recently by Linda, so I thought I would give it a try. I googled and found the recipe and its lovely.
455g parsnips
225g carrots
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1.5inch piece of fresh ginger
grated rind and juice of 1 large orange
1 veg stock cube
water to max level on soup maker
salt & pepper to taste after cooking
Cut the veg into chunks put all ingredients into soup maker, select smooth and cook. Add salt and pepper to taste once cooked.
